Conference Yoga Breaks

Workspace Yoga offers energizing Conference Yoga Breaks specially designed to help conference participants improve memory retention and increase energy levels using deep breathing and relaxation techniques.

Conference Yoga Breaks also counteract strain placed on the body from being sedentary by improving circulation, stretching tight muscles and strengthening areas of the body that become weak from sitting.


Workspace Yoga Conference Yoga Breaks involve a sequence of specially designed, easy-to-perform stretches that will energize, recharge and refuel conference participants. The sequence can range from 15-30 minutes and each session ends with a standing relaxation guaranteed to leave conference participants feeling invigorated, rejuvenated and refocused.
**All participants will receive a hard copy module of the stretching and breathing techniques and their associated benefits (including instructions and illustrations) to use as a reference into the future**​​
