At Workspace Yoga we understand how work related physical and emotional stress can decrease productivity and foster an unhealthy working environment.
We know what it’s like to spend long hours working at a desk, staring at a computer screen or stuck in meetings because each of our staff members have worked professionally either at the corporate, government  or non-profit level.
