Our staff will come to your workplace and deliver a professional presentation on how employees can integrate yoga into their workspace. Participants will learn stretches and breathing techniques they can utilize throughout their work day to foster healthier working conditions.
There is a misconception that yoga must be practiced on a mat in a large, quiet space, for a minimum period of time. However, yoga can be practiced by anyone, anywhere, for any length of time.
For example: Yoga can involve taking a few deep, cleansing breaths before a presentation or prior to dealing with a customer. Practicing yoga can also mean doing a few simple stretches at a desk or behind a counter. Some movements are so subtle they can be done without anyone noticing. Our staff will train your employees how they can utilize Workspace Yoga techniques to improve their work experience and prevent workplace injury.
Contrary to popular believe, one does not need to be in top physical shape, excessively flexible or strong to practice yoga. Yoga is very adaptable and can be practiced by virtually anyone at any fitness level. One only needs to be able to move and breathe to practice yoga.
Once your staff have learned the techniques, they can integrate them into their work day.
